Job summary

Blueprint Studios is seeking a Director of Sales in Brisbane, CA. The role leads the Sales Department, directing, training and supervising Creative Account Directors, Managers, and support staff to secure and retain business and meet revenue targets.

The position requires at least 6 years in sales, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for end-to-end client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Hospitality (Master’s degree a plus).
• 4 years of Sales Management experience.
• Proficient in all business technology software.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, administer and ensure timely completion of all Sales Department activities.
• Develop knowledge of operations, including Field Operations, Warehouse Operations and all Design Studios.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.
• Own and improve the sales methodology.
• Coordinate annual revenue budget and marketing plan.
• Prepare monthly revenue reforecast with accuracy within 5% margin.
• Lead weekly sales meetings with purposeful agendas.
• Maintain CRM lifecycle with client feedback and post-event follow-up.
