Job summary

Premier Tech Ltd. invites a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the Client Solutions team across North America, based in Montgomery, AL or Salt Lake City.

You will execute a solid strategic plan to grow the customer portfolio in Canada and the United States and drive high‑value sales initiatives with executive sponsorship. You will mobilize and coach the team, define objectives and KPIs, ensure CRM data quality, analyze market trends, review contracts, and collaborate with marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical sales team in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic planning skills.
• Influential leadership to mobilize teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is an asset for Quebec clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan all sales activities for the Client Solutions team across North America based on a solid strategic plan.
• Mobilize, coach, and support the team to foster its development and optimize performance.
• Define sales objectives and key performance indicators, and monitor them accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with the sales process and the quality of data entered in the CRM.
• Develop and grow the customer portfolio in Canada and the United States.
• Define business priorities and contribute to the development of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and monitor them accordingly.
• Analyze market trends that may influence product development and positioning.
• Review contracts and commercial agreements.
• Build an internal network of contacts to help enrich Premier Tech’s customer experience.
• Travel regularly in Canada and the United States
