Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a high-impact marketing leader in New York City to drive growth marketing across the Americas and own the Canada market strategy. The role partners with executives and sales to accelerate pipeline, engage customers, and lead cross-functional campaigns.

You will influence executive stakeholders, manage large-scale events and ABM programs, and collaborate with partners and universities to amplify brand visibility in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing in technology, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Proven success in demand generation, ABM, and growth-focused programs.
• Experience supporting large strategic pursuits and enterprise sales opportunities.
• Strong digital marketing, analytics, and multi-channel execution skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sector marketing & growth initiatives to drive account-based growth across the Americas.
• Partner with sales and leadership to orchestrate ABM programs and executive engagements.
• Plan integrated digital and in-person campaigns and measure pipeline impact.
• Adapt campaigns for Canada while aligning activities to strategic accounts.
