Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in identifying and prospecting potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Support the development of sales strategies to generate new business and expand accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, following company guidelines and pricing policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about the latest developments.
• Meet or exceed established quotas.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
