A strategic advisor role awaits with emphasis on growth and client success. You will analyze market trends, coordinate with clients on strategies, and ensure effective execution while supporting category growth goals

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4-10 years related experience.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, and associates.
• Basic arithmetic for budgets, margins, discounts, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical, evaluation, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to achieve assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and tactical execution to meet client goals.
• Monitor market trends, customer activity, promotions, and demographics.
• Fiduciary management of client relationships across innovation, pricing, and shelving.
• Maintain records and coordinate communications with clients and team members.
• Develop and deliver training, improve communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate as a team player, mentor subordinates, and uphold code of conduct.
