Job summary

Sunrun seeks a Sales Integrity and Compliance Training Partner to lead compliance learning across the company, focusing on the Sales organization. You will oversee a proactive curriculum, coordinate with Legal and People, and drive a scalable program integrated with RunX and other learning tools.

The role requires 7–10 years of high-stakes training oversight and a proven ability to translate complex policies into actionable training.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or high-stakes training oversight (preferably in regulated industries such as solar, fintech, or healthcare).
• Proven expertise in content governance: drafting policies and translating them into training modules that pass strict legal/compliance scrutiny.
• Proven record of accountability: managing complex projects requiring coordination between Legal, People, and Leadership to enforce disciplinary actions.
• Analytical rigor: ability to analyze third-party complaint data, audit results, and regulatory trends to identify gaps and prioritize training interventions.
• Resilience: thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Training Oversight: act as primary gatekeeper for all compliance training and centralize curriculum ownership across LMS and tools.
• Sales Integrity Program Leadership: lead the new Sales Integrity Program and convert hotspots into actionable training modules.
• Sales Escalation Accountability Track Management: oversee deactivation of sales tools during mandatory re-enrollment in RunX Learning.
• Full-Loop Accountability Enforcement: administer coaching sessions, field ride-alongs, and official acknowledgement sign-offs.
• Financial & Incentive Oversight: oversee commission clawbacks and tiered incentive impacts tied to misconduct severity.
• Audit Readiness & Documentation: maintain meticulous records for employee files and 100% adherence to core training.
• Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: liaison between Legal/Compliance, Employee Relations, and Sales Operations to ensure standards are met across lifecycle.
• Operational Evolution: automate tasks via RunX Service Hub, including clawbacks, audit initiation, and dashboards.
