Job summary

Quantexa is seeking a strategic leader to own the compliance and AI training frameworks across the organization. You will define a comprehensive training strategy, partner with Legal, Information Security, and Contract Management, and design scalable, tech-enabled solutions to ensure regulatory adherence and AI literacy at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the compliance training strategy.
• Collaborate with Legal, Contract Management, and Information Security to identify gaps.
• Design scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions for compliance and onboarding.
• Develop and execute a company-wide AI upskilling program.
• Establish tracking, reporting, and auditing for training completion.
• Act as the go-to expert for compliance and AI learning.
• Continuously improve all training programs.
