Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Global Compliance Training Program Manager to lead worldwide compliance training campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define learning priorities and drive strategy across HP business units.

You will manage end‑to‑end programs from needs assessment to design, implementation and measurement, applying advanced learning concepts, AI-driven workflows, and modern delivery methods to improve learner experience and ensure compliance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development or related discipline.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance training portfolio with strategic planning and execution across campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budget.
• Develop learning strategies for compliance projects affecting multiple businesses.
• Lead multiple large cross‑organizational projects from needs assessment to design and measurement.
• Apply subject matter expertise to guide program lifecycle and stay ahead of learning tech trends.
• Ensure on-time delivery with quality learner experience and accessibility standards.
• Participate in vendor management, contracting and procurement processes to optimize cost.
• Manage HP Learning Management System data accuracy and reporting to stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries related to integrity, privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, and related training.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies using Kirkpatrick framework and drive improvements.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to improve performance, reduce lead times, and automate processes.
