Job summary

Signal seeks a Sales Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage daily sales and client retention activities for the Franchise. The role supports the Director in growing a healthy, revenue-producing franchise, delivering strong customer service across multiple client portfolios.

The successful candidate will engage with clients and prospects, execute the sales process, and help ensure ongoing client satisfaction through regular follow-up and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for new revenue by conducting sales visits and focusing on our sales process to target profitable, recurring revenue.
• Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions and expanding services.
• Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary CRM to assist with follow up and actively manage your sales pipeline.
• Follow our 90-day plan to identify vertical targets and determine market opportunities and execute sales activities to generate new lead opportunities.
• Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (training sessions, webinars, and conference calls).
• KPI responsibility and accountability: Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days.
