Opella Healthcare Group in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Sales Analyst to drive data-informed decisions with Walmart as the largest partner. You will collaborate with National Account Managers to craft SKU forecasts, support trade management, promotional planning, and new item setup.

Leverage syndicated data, manage item maintenance in Walmart systems, and provide weekly updates on sales trends, category performance, and pricing to guide strategic initiatives across the self-care portfolio.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required.
• 3+ years delivering results in CPG, preferably OTC/Healthcare.
• Strong business acumen with health care segment knowledge.
• Experience with Nielsen or Circana IRI syndicated data.
• Walmart experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist NAM & Category Management with customer presentations.
• Develop SKU-level forecasts monthly based on baseline demand and promotions.
• Learn Walmart systems for item setup and price changes.
• Support Omni-Channel content maintenance and online syndication.
• Provide data-based recommendations for feature submissions.
• Review display configurations for assortment changes.
• Perform pre/post promo analysis and track rollout performance.
• Provide regular updates on sales trends, market share, and pricing.
• Coordinate with teams to supply product samples, images, and specs.
• Support deduction and post-audit validation processes.
