Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Operational Excellence (OpEx) is seeking a Program Manager to drive continuous improvement safety projects in Nashville, TN. This role requires leading safety initiatives from conception through execution, with cross-team coordination and executive communication.

The PM will develop detailed roadmaps, align stakeholder perspectives, and manage budgets and KPIs. Some travel (up to 25%) may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
• Set clear program goals and use analytics to drive improvements and meet metrics.
• Navigate ambiguities and apply creative problem-solving to complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio.
