Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. in Duluth, GA seeks a Technology Sourcing Lead to manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, negotiate complex contracts, and drive licensing optimization and cost savings. This role partners with IT, Legal, Finance, and Risk to execute category strategies and RFx processes.

The candidate will influence stakeholders, oversee renewals, and ensure compliance with security requirements while delivering measurable financial value to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (SaaS focus).
• Proven success negotiating complex contracts and delivering cost savings.
• Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience with SaaS licensing and contract lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with procurement/CLM tools and analytics platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SaaS & software sourcing strategies aligned to IT and business priorities.
• Drive cost savings, licensing optimization, vendor consolidation, and platform rationalization.
• Lead RFx, contract negotiations, and renewal planning to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Manage supplier performance, including SLAs, usage metrics, and QBRs.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, renewals, compliance, offboarding).
• Ensure contract compliance, licensing governance, and alignment with risk and security requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to support sourcing and transformation initiatives.
• Deliver reporting on spend, savings, renewals, and supplier performance.
