Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead technology procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations across software, hardware, telecom, and IT services. This role will focus on renewals, cost optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams.

The position emphasizes contract renewals, cost savings, and strategic supplier relationships, with reporting to leadership on procurement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Experience negotiating software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services agreements.
• Strong contract review and redlining experience.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations for technology-related products and services.
• Manage software, hardware, telecom, and IT services renewals, ensuring deadlines and business requirements are met.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract language to maximize savings and minimize risk.
• Review and redline contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and related procurement documents.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Track savings, ROI, and procurement performance metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and software portfolio reviews with IT leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
