Job summary

Hivaa Services LLC is seeking an IT Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise technology procurement, licensing, and contract negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT hardware.

You will collaborate with senior IT leaders, drive cost savings, and manage RFPs/RFQs while shaping sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiations.
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise IT contracts is essential.
• Hands-on experience negotiating software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud services, hardware, or other technology contracts.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-dollar agreements and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and competitive sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, contract terms, and IT procurement strategies.
• Experience working with senior IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
