Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager - SaaS & Software to lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across our enterprise technology portfolio. You will partner with Tech, Ops, and Finance leadership to optimize software spend and supplier performance in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities include negotiating licensing and pricing, building TCO models, mentoring junior team members, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership to drive measurable bottom-line value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology procurement or strategic sourcing with a focus on SaaS/software agreements.
• Proven ability to negotiate software licensing and SaaS subscriptions with Tier-1 and mid-market vendors.
• Exposure to contingent labor sourcing, staffing agreements, or SOW-based engagements.
• Experience developing TCO models and performing advanced spend data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Finance, and Business teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for SaaS platforms and enterprise software lifecycle management.
• Mentor an associate/analyst handling software and SaaS sourcing activities.
• Negotiate favorable commercial and legal terms including licensing, pricing, renewals, SLAs.
• Partner with Technology and Finance to manage spend, budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning.
• Drive license/subscription optimization, cost reduction and utilization improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed Total Cost of Ownership models and business cases.
• Implement supplier management to maximize vendor value and track performance.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Finance, and Tech on selection, scalability, and contracts.
• Analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks for negotiation strategies.
• Support workforce sourcing for technology contingent labor.
• Negotiate rate cards, bill rates, and Statements of Work.
• Assist with labor demand planning and performance tracking.
• Present sourcing strategies and financial analyses to leadership.
