Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Software Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and contract lifecycle for enterprise software. You will drive negotiations, licensing optimization and risk reduction while managing key supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include RFx management, renewal optimization, license utilization analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security and Legal. Strong knowledge of software licensing models and SaaS management platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Direct experience negotiating software and SaaS agreements.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, named user, concurrent, consumption-based).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic software sourcing for purchases, RFx processes and enterprise agreements.
• Own renewal management for existing contracts and optimize terms.
• Analyze utilization with IT teams to identify license optimization and cost savings.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal and business stakeholders to evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate complex SaaS and perpetual licenses including pricing and SLAs.
• Maintain supplier relationships with reviews, performance tracking and issue resolution.
