Job summary

Asana is seeking a Renewal Manager to oversee contract renewals, renew licenses, and identify growth opportunities while protecting customer value. This role can be fully remote or based in Chicago with hybrid office days.

You will collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure on-time renewals and revenue retention. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in renewals, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and experience with SaaS subscription

Qualifications

• 3–5 years renewals experience in a SaaS environment.
• Able to work West Coast / Pacific Time working hours.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate all facets of contract renewals using commercial judgment.
• Identify customer needs and drive on-time renewal closure.
• Engage decision makers to uncover budget, stakeholders, and roadblocks.
• Develop win/win pricing and packaging strategies to maximize contract value.
• Maintain and report a rolling 150-day forecast and renewals data in SFDC/Clari.
