Asana is seeking a Renewals professional who can own contract renewals, renew licenses, and identify growth opportunities while mitigating risk and reducing churn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage forecasts, and deliver win/win pricing and packaging strategies.

The role supports remote work within the US (with Chicago-based hybrid options) and requires strong negotiation, relationship building, and analytical skills to maximize customer value and renewal success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years renewals experience with quota achievement in a renewal sales or related role (SaaS a plus).
• Strong negotiation and value-selling skills across contract renewals.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive on-time renewals.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate all facets of contract renewals with commercial judgment.
