Procore is seeking a Manager, Strategic Product Consultants to lead the SPC Owners team and push best practices across operations, goals, and daily guidance. You will mentor and grow a team of individual contributors, onboard new hires, and align performance with company objectives.

Based in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, Tampa, FL or remotely from a US location, this role offers immediate start and opportunities to influence strategic initiatives within Professional Services and customer success.

Qualifications

2+ years in SaaS management or team lead role.
3+ years in professional services on SaaS platforms, incl onboarding/training.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Understanding of business transformation and growth in consulting services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide SPC responsibilities to drive new initiatives and changes to processes.
Provide expertise for escalated client issues or objection handling.
Demonstrate business growth and transformation within a team that drives Professional Services value to customers.
Engage with Global Professional Services and Customer Success Leadership on team wins and losses.
Establish and maintain job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise performance results.
Inspire team members to achieve high results and metrics; develop and manage team objectives, messaging, and updates.
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members by identifying training opportunities, establishing career paths, and managing peer shadowing.
