Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Professional Services team. You will manage internal and external resources to ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget, helping clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while delivering value.

You will partner with consultants, Delivery teams, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to plan, execute, and monitor projects while providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale services delivery.
• Experience with web/mobile apps and documentation management.
• Travel up to 30-40%.
• PMP/CAPM certification preferred.
• Ability to define execution strategies and manage SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies and manage service scope, workshops, and plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Delivery to onboard and service engagements.
• Lead pre-sales as delivery expert and create repeatable processes.
• Manage custom service delivery timelines and budgets.
• Provide reports on progress, budget, and risks using internal systems.
