Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large enterprise software implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS migration or modernization programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer migration programs from planning through post-migration stabilization.
• Develop migration wave plans and integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate governance, executive reviews, risk logs, and action tracking.
• Align migrations with product releases and release readiness checkpoints.
• Analyze customer readiness and segmentation to determine migration sequencing.
