Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Migration Senior Lead to drive complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical and strategic contact across the migration pod. You will bridge legacy environments with Salesforce platforms, translate challenges into actionable decisions, and ensure value delivery while aligning with product and engineering roadmaps.

8+ years in large-scale migrations and deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau

Qualifications

8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale platform migrations.
Deep, hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to drive business value, facilitate technical discussions, and navigate complex stakeholder conversations.
Translate complex technical architectures into business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate project delivery.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud) or specialized clouds.
Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements—owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with broader business strategy, renewal, and expansion.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate migration challenges into actionable decisions.
Develop and execute delivery plans prioritizing milestones and pod-level timelines.
Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
Drive adoption of AI and automation to accelerate data mapping and discovery.
Collaborate with GDC partners while maintaining accountability for output quality.
Stay current on product roadmaps and translate field feedback into product improvements.
Identify underutilized platform capabilities and integrate them into roadmaps.
Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau and guide AI-assisted data retrieval and migration health reporting.
