Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Principal Consulting Manager for the CopLogic Solutions unit. You will lead multiple statewide projects, manage a cross-functional team of engineers, project managers, and analysts, and drive delivery aligned with business objectives.

You will influence resource allocation, budgets, and customer outcomes while mentoring managers and ensuring adherence to development playbooks and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services/consulting/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end application development lifecycle and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and professional associates; accountable for performance, financial results, customer outcomes, and delivery of multiple statewide projects.
• Provide guidance on resource allocation, risk management, and program priorities across a cross-functional team.
• Coach Consulting Managers to maintain a strategic, customer-driven perspective throughout engagements.
• Interact with customers to understand use cases, drive adoption of the strategic plan, and ensure successful outcomes.
