Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Coplogic Solutions seeks a Senior Principal Consulting Manager to lead professional services across statewide projects. You will coach managers, drive strategic roadmaps, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while optimizing resources and engaging senior customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services/consulting/leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Change management and stakeholder alignment experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Serves as senior escalation point for projects and communicates portfolio performance.
• Leads cross-functional teams of engineers, PMs, business analysts, and QA staff.
• Forecasts budget, expenses, and profitability; aligns with business objectives.
• Ensures delivery complies with Coplogic Playbook and project plan.
• Manages risks, dependencies, and customer commitments across states.
