You will work with an Implementation Specialist to tailor platform configurations, plan testing, and ensure successful go-live while documenting decisions for future optimization.

Qualifications

• Deep experience contributing to or leading complex SaaS implementations.
• Ability to travel <5% for strategic engagements.
• Customer-centric approach tailoring configurations for enterprise needs.
• Strong technical curiosity about product and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the technical configuration for a defined set of new Ashby customers.
• Lead testing and go-live preparation for implementations.
• Document final configuration choices for visibility and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to define progress and risks.
• Communicate progress and risks with internal and external stakeholders.
