Job summary

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle and drive measurable outcomes from our SaaS platform and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, monitor client health, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful, compliant engagements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in client success or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and PCIP certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PCIP certification within the first 12 months of employment.
• Coursework or certification related to customer success, project management, or information security (preferred).
• 3–5 years in client success, customer success, account management, or project management within SaaS or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client success lifecycle including onboarding, success planning, engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with defined outcomes and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status, and platform usage.
• Identify risks or blockers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive‑level business reviews to communicate progress and value.
• Serve as primary strategic contact, building long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery to ensure timely, high‑quality engagements.
• Drive platform adoption through training coordination and usage reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales with contextual client insights.
