Job summary

Gamesight, Inc. is seeking a strategic Controller to manage financial reporting, forecasting, and tax compliance. You will run day-to-day finance operations, report to the CFO, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate GAAP-compliant data.

This is a hands-on role requiring technical accounting work and clear communication. The ideal candidate has CPA status, 2–5 years of Controller experience, and a background in SaaS or media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 2–5 years of Controller experience; public company experience preferred.
• Located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones for primary work location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, AP, and balance sheet reconciliations for timeliness and accuracy.
• Own accounting areas: payroll, revenue recognition, stock comp expense.
• Manage month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Oversee payroll for US and international workers and contractors.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership.
