Job summary

SuperSummary is seeking an experienced Controller to own the accounting function end-to-end, including monthly close, revenue recognition, and subscription billing. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and SaaS KPI reporting, partnering with leadership to shape investment decisions in a fully remote, global team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in SaaS finance, deep expertise in ASC 606, and experience with ChargeBee/Stripe and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Excellent English communication and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process end-to-end and ensure financial statements are accurate.
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15 including deferred revenue.
• Oversee billing operations (ChargeBee, Stripe) and GL integration.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and leadership dashboards with SaaS metrics.
• Partner with leadership on strategic financial decision-making.
