Job summary

WorkMarket by ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and drive success with the WorkMarket platform. You will be the primary point of contact, help clients maximize value, and guide adoption throughout the client lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships, monitor engagement, resolve issues with cross‑functional teams, and identify risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to help clients effectively utilize the WorkMarket platform.
• Monitor account activity and client engagement to identify potential concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve client issues by partnering with Product, Implementation, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and work with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of WorkMarket products, features, and industry trends to better support clients.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records and action plans.
