Job summary

WorkMarket by ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact. You will drive product adoption, support client needs, and ensure a positive experience across the client lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excels in a fast-paced SaaS environment, capable of managing high-volume relationships while identifying risks and opportunities to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume book of business.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze account activity and identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention.
• Strong interest and grasp of the technical aspects of the product.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to help clients effectively utilize the WorkMarket platform.
• Monitor account activity and client engagement to identify potential concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve client issues by partnering with Product, Implementation, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and work with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of WorkMarket products, features, and industry trends to better support clients.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records and action plans.
