Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for its Managed Services to serve as the primary customer contact from onboarding through project delivery. You will understand project needs, consult on feature use, and partner with internal teams to address client goals.

You will manage a book of business, train customers on the Workiva platform, and gather feedback for internal improvements, while ensuring timely communication and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field.
• 2+ years in customer service, account management, or project management.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and support through project completion.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for Workiva products and services.
• Assist Customer & Partner Experience Team on ancillary projects.
• Work with weekly horizons and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Manage a book of business with regular checkpoints and relationships.
• Gather client feedback and share with internal teams.
• Train customers on the Workiva platform and best practices.
• Use CRM tools to track communications, issues, and metrics.
• Design onboarding plans for Capital Markets customers.
• Coordinate and review filing processes for Capital Markets clients.
• Provide 24/7 dedication across the Working Group during projects.
