Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to act as the primary customer contact for Workiva Managed Services, guiding onboarding to project delivery and ensuring solutions align with client needs.

You will partner with internal teams to address client requirements, train customers on the Workiva platform, and sustain strong relationships through regular checkpoints and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, Project Management, or roles with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and support throughout the Managed Services project.
• Serve as primary customer contact for Workiva products and services.
• Assist Customer & Partner Experience Team on ancillary projects as needed.
• Manage a book of business with regular checkpoints and relationship-building.
