Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years experience in business or IT with focus in Procurement.
• SDLC documentation, testing, release protocols and requirements.
• Project management basics: charters, business cases, plans, risk management.
• Experience across Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Management in Procurement.
• Exposure to Purchasing, Payment, and Reporting in Procurement.
• Experience with at least 3 tech solutions: iValua, SAP ERP, Aravo, Sievo, Coupa, JDE, Mulesoft.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Supply Chain including manufacturing and EH&S.
• Ability to influence across organizational silos and communicate complex challenges clearly.
• Proven leadership to influence stakeholders in written and oral communications.
• Change management knowledge and continuous improvement familiarity.
• Collaborative work style across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Source to Contract leaders, SMEs and tech teams to drive priorities and deliverables.
• Develop deep knowledge of end‑to‑pay processes and roadmaps.
• Establish value‑driving partnerships for the TGS function.
• Manage large, complex programs greater than $1M with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with multiple companies to deliver complex solutions, ensuring roles are aligned.
• Identify improvement opportunities with Business Process Owners and map roadmaps.
• Lead programs with delivery teams to ensure first‑time‑right delivery.
• Identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Build trust and mobilize resources to solve problems.
• Ensure solutions are integrated with BD's enterprise roadmaps.
• Plan joint initiatives with procurement and SMEs and evaluate proposals.
• Deliver high‑quality solution deliverables for large programs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage tech or process redesign for business goals.
• Develop deployment strategies for new tech capabilities across the business.
• Work with partner teams to document and prioritize requirements.
• Execute projects with progress reporting and change management impact analysis.
• Measure value realized with defined metrics and analyses.
• Act as a continuous connector across teams.
• Simplify and improve processes continuously.
• Coordinate and resolve critical tickets.
