Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to lead demand analysis and delivery of Technology & Digital Solutions within Procurement. You will partner with business and technology teams to shape priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and value realization.

This on-site role in Franklin Lakes, NJ requires broad procurement and IT experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive change in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive IT/procurement experience.
• Proficiency in SDLC, testing, release protocols, requirements documentation.
• Experience with S2P processes and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Source to Contract leaders, SMEs and technology teams to understand priorities and deliver work.
• Manage large, complex programs (>Million $) in S2C with limited supervision.
• Identify improvements and create roadmaps for indirect procurement and integrated supply chain.
• Deliver high-quality solutions and ensure compliance with enterprise roadmaps.
