Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Contract, to analyze demand and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions (TDS) solutions. You will partner within Procurement, collaborate with business and technology teams, and ensure priorities are shaped, prioritized, and delivered.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and integration with BD’s enterprise roadmaps. This on-site position in the USA NJ region requires driving value, managing complex programs, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in a business or IT role with focus in Procurement.
Proficiency in SDLC documentation, testing and release protocols.
Proficiency in project management basics: charter, business case, plans, risk management.

Responsibilities

Partner with Source to Contract leaders to understand priorities and deliverables.
Build value-adding relationships and drive delivery across the TDS function.
Manage large and complex programs with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with SMEs and technology teams to align roadmaps with BD enterprise strategies.
Identify risks and develop mitigation and continuous improvement plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver first-time-right solutions.
