Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to lead demand analysis and delivery of Technology & Digital Solutions across procurement. You will collaborate with internal and external experts to shape priorities and drive value, working with SI partners and delivery teams to ensure first‑time right quality.

The role requires deep knowledge of procurement processes, S2C, and multiple ERP/Procurement tools, with a focus on delivering programs that optimize cost, risk and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in business or IT with Procurement focus.
• Experience with SDLC, testing, release cycles and requirements documentation.
• Project management basics, charter, business case, plan, risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with S2C Procurement Leaders, SMEs and Technology teams to drive priorities.
• Deliver high‑quality, large/complex programs (> $1M) with minimal supervision.
• Identify improvement opportunities and create roadmaps for indirect procurement.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery, manage risks, and communicate progress.
