Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation seeks a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead the enterprise S&OP process, connecting Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand, capacity, inventory, and financial goals.

You will strengthen forecast discipline, drive scenario planning, and present concise executive materials to support timely, fact-based decisions that improve service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in S&OP, integrated business planning, demand/supply chain planning, or related manufacturing function.
• Experience leading cross-functional S&OP/IBP processes in multi-site manufacturing.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and financial implications.
• Experience presenting scenarios to executives and driving decisions across functions.
• Metrics development for forecast accuracy, service levels, and capital efficiency.
• ERP/MRP system experience; metals/automotive/engineered products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFC's monthly S&OP process including demand, supply, and financial reconciliation.
• Establish a single fact-based plan across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Coordinate with Operations to assess labor, tooling, and capacity constraints.
• Translate the approved plan into material, inventory, and scheduling actions.
• Develop scenarios showing financial and service impacts of decisions.
• Lead inventory strategy and actions for excess or slow-moving stock.
• Prepare executive S&OP materials highlighting risks and decisions.
• Align S&OP with budgeting, capital planning, and working capital improvement.
• Travel occasionally; work onsite in Shelbyville, KY or Jeffersonville, IN.
