voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation (RFC) in the United States is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to establish and lead our enterprise S&OP process, aligning Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance around demand, capacity, inventory, and financial performance.

You will strengthen forecast discipline, lead scenario planning, and help executives decide using fact-based insights to improve service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in S&OP, IBP, or related manufacturing planning functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional S&OP in multi-site plants.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management knowledge.
• Experience presenting to executives and driving decisions.
• Experience tracking metrics like forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFC's monthly S&OP process including demand and supply reviews.
• Establish a single, fact-based demand, supply, inventory, and financial plan.
• Lead demand planning governance; challenge assumptions and use market data.
• Assess labor, tooling, and capacity with Operations for gaps.
• Translate plan into material, purchasing, scheduling, and logistics actions.
• Develop scenarios showing revenue, margin, service, and working capital implications.
• Lead inventory strategy with cross-functional teams; address excess/obsolete items.
• Prepare concise executive S&OP materials with decisions and owners.
• Escalate unresolved trade-offs for timely decisions.
• Establish governance, calendars, decision rights, and data definitions.
• Develop KPIs for forecast accuracy, plan attainment, service, and turns.
• Align S&OP with budgeting, new programs, and capital planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning data, systems, and execution.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority; maintain enterprise view.
