Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation seeks a strategic Supply Chain Manager in Jeffersonville, IN to lead purchasing, planning, and logistics. You will optimize materials flow, coordinate production scheduling, and improve supplier performance across RFC operations.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality and Engineering to sustain material availability and service levels. Onsite with occasional travel possible.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, purchasing, planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Three or more years in leadership or supervisory roles across mult-site environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, inventory, ERP/MRP planning, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics and related supply chain activities.
• Translate S&OP demand into executable purchasing, material and production schedules.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and execution plans.
• Ensure material availability and production readiness while addressing risks.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery and continuity.
• Lead supplier performance through scorecards, reviews and corrective actions.
• Optimize inventory policies and controls to reduce excess and obsolescence.
• Drive improvements in inventory turns, days of inventory outstanding and on-time delivery.
• Support working capital objectives via inventory optimization and payment terms.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data, lead times, safety stocks and reorder points.
