Job summary
voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to lead the enterprise S&OP process across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will strengthen forecast discipline, lead scenario planning, and support executive decisions that drive customer service and profitability.
The role requires collaboration with multiple sites (KY/IN) and occasional travel, with on-site work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in S&OP, IBP, or related planning function.
- Experience leading cross-functional S&OP in multi-site manufacturing.
- Strong forecasting, capacity planning, inventory mgmt.
- Experience presenting to executives and driving decisions.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead RFC's monthly S&OP process including demand, supply, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain one integrated demand, supply, inventory, and financial plan across functions.
- Lead demand planning and governance across units; measure forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate capacity constraints and future capacity gap mitigation.
- Prepare executive S&OP materials identifying risks and decisions.
- Develop KPIs for forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory turns.
- Align S&OP with budgeting, capital planning, and working capital goals.
