Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the United States to lead purchasing, materials management, inventory control, production planning coordination, and supplier performance.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and S&OP to ensure materials flow, meet customer demand, and drive continuous improvement across RFC's multi-site footprint.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in supply chain, materials, purchasing, planning, or logistics.
• Three+ years in leadership, preferably multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience managing suppliers, inventory, and ERP/MRP planning.
• Proven success in improving KPIs and working capital.
• Experience supporting S&OP and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, material planning, production scheduling, and logistics.
• Translate S&OP plans into executable schedules and actions.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and execution plans.
• Ensure material availability and production readiness; manage risks.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supplier performance via scorecards and reviews.
• Optimize inventory policies to reduce excess and obsolescence.
• Drive improvements in turns, purchase price variance, and on-time delivery.
• Support working capital through inventory optimization and payment terms.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data, lead times, and reorder points.
• Develop contingency plans and supplier diversification.
