Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and Power Query.
• Ability to translate complex data into narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance and Operations.
• Prior people management experience or readiness to lead a small team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or FP&A.
• 2-3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support North America S&OP by aligning demand, supply, service and inventory.
• Prepare materials and presentations for monthly S&OP cycles and consensus forecast sessions.
• Develop scenario analyses for capacity, product priorities, service levels and inventory balance.
• Identify root causes of forecast bias and planning misalignment with teams.
• Contribute to S&OP maturity initiatives and ACE 2030 by reducing manual analytics.
• Represent intelligence in cross-functional planning forums.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting tools using Domo, Excel/Power Query and ERP extracts.
• Partner with Supply Planning to explain performance.
• Mentor team on advanced analytics and planning concepts.
• Perform other duties as required.
