Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive advanced analytics, optimization, and AI initiatives across the distribution network and manufacturing ecosystem.

You will define the Generative AI roadmap, lead cross‑functional teams, and partner with IT to ensure scalable data pipelines, governance, and measurable business impact. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or acting as a liaison between business units and IT.
• Strong understanding of big data infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) and data visualization.
• Intermediate SQL and experience with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and lead analytics initiatives across warehouse optimization and AI.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Define Generative AI roadmap, pilots, governance and adoption.
• Lead cross‑functional analytics teams across global sites and partners.
• Align analytics with IT, security, and cost objectives; communicate impact.
• Manage external vendors and data feeds, telemetry, and tooling.
