Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning across regions and channels. You will manage open-to-buy budgets, allocation, and inventory strategies aligned with GTM launches.

The role requires building accurate forecasts, optimizing inventory, and partnering with Merchandising, Sales, Service, Order Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support brand and product strategies through pre-season and in-season

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience in open-to-buy planning and/or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: manage demand forecasting integrating models, sell-through data, trends, inputs from Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
• Merchandise Planning: analyze sell-through, margin, and productivity to inform buy decisions and lifecycle strategy.
• Supply Planning: translate demand into supply plans, balance capacity, lead-times, and costs across regions.
• Open to Buy Management: build annual, seasonal, and monthly OTB in line with revenue plans and DIO strategies.
• Sales Order Management, Allocation and Inventory: optimize regional allocation, balance weeks of supply, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead and develop a high-performing team and drive process improvements.
