Job summary

Cytel is seeking a senior RWE analytics professional to support the Epidemiology team by preparing large real-world data sources and advising on analytic strategies. You will program and conduct statistical analyses under supervision, create analytic databases, and produce tables and figures for reports and client discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, economics.
• 5+ years of RWE analytics experience in pharma, CRO, or academia.
• Proficiency in SQL; SAS or R proficiency required.
• Deep experience with Optum Clinformatics Datamart, Truveta, and UK Biobank data.
• Experience with regression, survival analyses, and propensity weighting.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Epidemiology team by preparing real-world data and advising on analytic strategies.
• Program and conduct statistical analyses under supervision of epidemiologists.
• Create analytic databases from data extracts for analyses.
• Produce tables/figures for investigators, clients, and study reports.
• Present results internally and to clients; assist with study reports.
• May assume supervisory responsibilities in the future.
