Job summary

Cytel is seeking a scientifically rigorous epidemiology/data analytics professional to support the Epidemiology team with Real World data preparation, data-driven strategy guidance, and across-stakeholder analytics.

You will program and conduct statistical analyses under supervision, linking datasets and creating algorithms, with emphasis on data standardization, visualization, and regulatory/science communications.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a related field (epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, economics).
• 5+ years of experience conducting Real World Evidence analytics for pharma CRO or academia.
• Strong SQL (intermediate to expert) and SAS or R proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of study protocols and analysis plans using large RWD sources (Claims/EHR).
• Create analytical databases from data extracts to support analyses.
• Conduct analyses per study protocols and analysis plans; generate tables/figures for reports.
• Present results to investigators/clients and assist in study reports.
• May have supervisory responsibilities in the future.
