Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with resume databases, job boards, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Source candidates through online channels and networks (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Assess candidate information using the ATS and coordinate interviews.
• Provide strategic input on candidate fit and skills for roles.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process and stay current on recruiting trends.
