The Sales Manager will lead and implement plans to achieve sales of products and services, build relationships with strategic clients, and mentor a sales team to deliver profitable growth across the road construction market.

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative leadership style with ability to coach and mentor a diverse staff.
• Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develops new client business within road construction market and pursues opportunities with strategic targets.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts.
• Forecasts and communicates annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Coordinates sales resources to maintain efficient results and supports bid packages throughout the process.
• Partners with marketing to create strategies for market win and growth.
