Job summary

The Dolomite Group, a CRH Company based in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for our aggregate, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete products in the Greater Rochester market. You will develop accounts, analyze markets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires travel within the territory, Salesforce experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Sales experience in construction materials or related industry preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dolomite products and services to commercial, municipal, residential, and heavy highway customers.
• Manage both established and new accounts throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic account plans to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Prospect for and secure new customers, projects, and market opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing and quotations in coordination with operations.
