Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in asphalt production or related construction industry roles.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards related to asphalt production.
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.

Job Summary

The Asphalt Plant Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the asphalt production facility. This role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing production processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the asphalt plant to ensure efficient production processes.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Maintenance Oversight:Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Work with maintenance teams to schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Manage the plant budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Communication and Reporting:
